Step 1: Place Your Order
Once you check out, you’ll receive a short brand questionnaire within 24 hours. It's quick, clear and designed to help us understand your business, your style and what “professional” looks like for your brand.
Step 2: Concept Design
After you submit your answers, our designers begin crafting your concepts from scratch.
You’ll receive 2 unique custom logo concepts within 3–4 business days, created with precision and shaped around your vision.
Step 3: Choose & Refine
Select the concept that resonates the most.
You get one complimentary revision round to fine-tune colours, balance, spacing and smaller details so your logo feels polished and complete.
Step 4: Final Delivery
Once you approve your design, we deliver your full logo package — all variations, all file types, both editable and ready-to-use formats. Everything will be organised and labelled so you can plug your logo into any platform instantly.
Your brand is now ready to show up professionally online and offline.
Terms & Conditions
NDA (Optional)
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be arranged upon request if confidentiality is required. The Client must request the NDA prior to the start of the project to allow adequate time for preparation and approval.
Copyright Ownership
Upon full payment and final approval of the final logo design:
The Client will receive exclusive copyright ownership of the final approved logo.
Gaiaa Designs will not reuse, replicate, or resell the Client’s final approved logo.
All unselected logo concepts remain the intellectual property of Gaiaa Designs; however, ownership of these unselected concepts may be transferred to the Client upon written request. Transfer of ownership will only occur once confirmation is received from the Client.
Payment & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital creative services, sales for this specific package are final and non-refundable.
Work will commence only after the Client submits the completed logo questionnaire required to begin the design process.
Revision Policy
This Logo Design Package includes one complimentary revision round for the selected logo concept.
Additional revision rounds are available upon request and will be billed at £20.00 per revision, payable prior to any additional work being carried out.
A “revision” refers to reasonable adjustments such as colour refinements, spacing adjustments, or major layout changes.
Turnaround Time
Initial logo concepts will be delivered within 3–4 business days, starting from the date Gaiaa Designs receives the Client’s completed questionnaire.
Revision rounds will be delivered within 1–2 business days, depending on the complexity of changes requested.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and efficient delivery of the Service, the Client is responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information during the questionnaire process.
Supplying the correct business name, spelling, and any required content. Gaiaa Designs is not responsible for trademark issues, misspellings, or legal conflicts associated with the Client’s provided business name or branding details.
Respond to design proofs and communication within reasonable timeframes.
Review and approve design stages promptly to avoid delays.
Communication
All project-related communication will be carried out via Gmail, or when mutually agreed, through Slack or Discord. These communication channels ensure clarity and proper documentation throughout the project.
Liability
Gaiaa Designs is responsible for producing original, high-quality logo designs as described in the package details.
However, the Client assumes full responsibility for:
Conducting trademark searches
Ensuring the business name is legally available
Complying with industry-specific naming requirements
Registering any trademarks if required
Gaiaa Designs is not liable for legal disputes, trademark conflicts, or any business, financial, or reputational losses resulting from the Client’s chosen business name or the use of the final logo.
Updates to Terms
Gaiaa Designs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates relevant to active projects will be communicated to the Client before changes take effect.
