Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):
Gaiaa Designs values your privacy and confidentiality. We are open to signing NDAs to safeguard any sensitive information shared during our collaboration. Please contact us to discuss specific requirements.
Copyright Ownership:
You will retain complete ownership of your content. Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, all copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the written content will be transferred to you, the client. Gaiaa Designs will have no claim over the work once delivered.
Terms and Conditions
Service Description:
This agreement outlines the terms for Gaiaa Designs' Basic Monthly Content Writing Services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms. The package includes 10,000 words per month, with additional services as detailed.
Web Copy Requirements:
Client Questionnaire: For web copywriting services, clients are required to complete a detailed questionnaire provided by Gaiaa Designs. This questionnaire is designed to gather essential insights into your target audience, company objectives, and the specific services you offer. The information gathered will be instrumental in crafting content that accurately reflects your brand and effectively communicates your message to your intended audience.
Collaborative Process:
We believe in a collaborative approach. The insights you provide through the questionnaire will form the foundation of our content strategy, enabling us to tailor web copies that resonate with your audience and align with your business goals.
Payment Terms:
New Clients: A 50% deposit of the monthly fee is required upfront. Remaining payments are due at the end of each service month.
Termination for Non-Payment: Services may be paused or terminated if payment is not received within 30 days of the due date.
No Refunds: Deposits and monthly fees are non-refundable. Subscription cancellations will not be billed for the following month.
Revision and Delivery Policy:
Free Revisions: We offer free revisions to ensure your content meets your expectations.
Daily Word Limit: To maintain quality, a maximum of 2500 words is delivered per day.
Client Responsibilities:
Information Provision: Provide necessary details for content creation.
Feedback: Offer timely feedback for revisions.
Communication: Preferred communication through Slack, Discord, or Gmail.
Liability and Force Majeure:
Not liable for indirect damages from service use. Obligations are suspended during force majeure events.
Governing Law:
Subject to the laws of England and Wales
Modification of Terms:
We may modify these terms with prior notification.
SEO and Writing for Conversion:
All content is optimised for search engines and crafted to drive conversions.
Additional Services:
Includes image incorporation in blog posts and a wide range of copywriting services.
