Service Scope
This subscription includes one Instagram post per day, created in line with the information provided in the client intake form. The service is limited to content creation only and does not include account management, posting, scheduling, ad spend, influencer outreach, community management, or follower guarantees unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Content Delivery
Content is created on a rolling basis as part of a monthly subscription. Posting schedules, themes, formats, and creative direction are determined by the design team based on the information provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery timelines may vary depending on workload, approvals, and client responsiveness.
Revisions
Reasonable minor revisions may be accommodated. Requests that significantly alter the agreed brand direction, creative scope, or original brief may require additional time and may be subject to additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, including brand details, assets, preferences, and access where required. Delays or inaccuracies in client-provided information may impact delivery timelines and content quality.
Privacy & Data Protection
All client information, including brand materials, contact details, and account-related data, is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased service. We do not sell, share, distribute, or disclose client data to third parties under any circumstances.
Where access to social media platforms is required, clients are encouraged to provide access through platform-approved methods rather than sharing passwords directly. Any access provided is used strictly for content creation purposes. Sensitive credentials are not intentionally stored beyond the duration required to fulfil the service.
Account Security & Liability
Reasonable and appropriate measures are taken to safeguard client information and digital assets. Access to client materials is restricted to authorised team members directly involved in delivering the service.
While all reasonable precautions are taken, the client acknowledges that no digital system can be guaranteed to be fully secure. We cannot be held liable for security breaches, data loss, or unauthorised access resulting from third-party platforms, client-side security issues, or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to platform outages, hacking incidents, or unauthorised access originating outside our systems.
Account security is a shared responsibility. Clients agree to comply with platform terms and maintain appropriate security practices on their own accounts.
Results Disclaimer
Engagement, reach, and growth outcomes may vary. While content is created strategically and in good faith, specific results cannot be guaranteed due to platform algorithms, audience behaviour, and external factors beyond our control.
Subscription & Cancellation
This is a recurring subscription service. Cancellation terms are governed by the options selected at checkout. Work completed or in progress prior to cancellation remains billable and non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client is granted the right to use the final delivered content for their own marketing and promotional purposes. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies, either anonymised or credited, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
