We are committed to safeguarding your confidential information. If necessary, we can arrange a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Copyright Ownership
We want you to retain complete ownership of your designs. Upon project completion and full payment, all copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the design work will be transferred to you, the client. You will have exclusive ownership and control over the designs, and we will not retain any rights or claim to the work.
Terms and Conditions
Service Description
By availing Gaiaa Designs' On-Demand Graphic Design Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. The service includes a monthly subscription that covers a range of graphic design tasks as detailed in the service description.
Payment Terms
New Clients: If you're new, you'll be required to make a 50% deposit of the monthly fee upfront upon initiating the service. Subsequent monthly payments are due in full at the end of each month of service.
Termination of Service: If payment is not made within [mention the number of days, e.g., 30 days] of the due date, we may need to terminate your subscription and pause design services until outstanding payments are settled. (Legal Action will be taken)
Refunds: We don't provide refunds for the deposit or any part of the monthly fee. However, if you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of the month, you won't be billed for the following month.
