Once confirmed, we either:

  • create a shared Sheet for you
    or

  • work within a tracker you already use

This becomes your central update hub.

2. Submitting Updates

When something needs to go live, you simply add it to the tracker and notify us.

This might include:

  • booking links

  • banners

  • menu updates

  • blog drafts

Content assets can be uploaded directly into the sheet or sent via your preferred communication channel.

3. Implementation Inside Squarespace

Terms & Conditions

Service Description

This subscription provides ongoing website management and content updates within an existing Squarespace website template.

The service includes structured CMS updates, content uploads, page edits, promotional changes, and related implementation tasks as described on the product page.

This service does not include:

  • Full website builds

  • Website redesigns

  • Platform migrations

  • Custom development or coding

  • Third-party integrations beyond basic embedding

  • Advanced SEO campaigns

  • Paid advertising management

Any work outside the described scope may require a separate quotation.

Website Ownership & Access

The client remains the full legal owner of their Squarespace account, domain, and website at all times.

Access is granted via Squarespace’s contributor or editor-level permissions unless otherwise agreed. Gaiaa Designs does not require ownership transfer, billing control, or unrestricted administrative access.

The client may revoke access at any time via their Squarespace account settings.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

All information shared with Gaiaa Designs is treated as confidential and used solely for service delivery.

We do not request or require access to billing details, payment information, or unrelated customer data.

If required, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed before work begins.

Onboarding & Workflow

Before service activation, the client will complete an intake form to clarify:

  • Website structure

  • Update frequency expectations

  • Communication preferences

  • Access permissions

A shared update tracker (typically a Sheet) will be created or used as agreed. This serves as the official log of update requests and completion status.

Updates must be submitted through the agreed communication channel or tracker.

Update Allocation & Scope

This service provides ongoing CMS support within reasonable monthly operational capacity as described in the package.

Unused support time does not roll over into future billing periods unless agreed in writing.

Daily update limits may apply to maintain quality and workflow stability.

Turnaround & Urgent Requests

Updates are handled in the order submitted.

Time-sensitive updates must be clearly flagged in the tracker.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Gaiaa Designs will not be held responsible for delays caused by:

Technical Limitations

Gaiaa Designs operates within the functional limits of the Squarespace platform.

We are not responsible for platform-level outages, third-party service failures, hosting interruptions, or limitations imposed by Squarespace’s infrastructure.

SEO Disclaimer

This package includes basic on-page SEO housekeeping during content uploads, such as updating page titles, headings, and meta descriptions where appropriate.

No guarantees are made regarding:

  • Search rankings

  • Traffic levels

  • Conversions

  • Revenue outcomes

Search performance is influenced by factors beyond our control.

Design Integrity

Updates are implemented within the existing website design.

We may make minor formatting adjustments where necessary to maintain visual consistency. Major design changes or structural redesigns are not included.

Payment, Billing & Renewal

This service is billed manually on a monthly basis.

At the end of each billing cycle, the client will receive a secure payment link or invoice for the upcoming month.

Work continues once payment for the new billing period is confirmed.

There are no automatic renewals unless explicitly agreed.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel the subscription with written notice before the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds are issued for active billing periods once work has commenced.

Limitation Of Liability

Gaiaa Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this service.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to platform outages, internet failures, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
