Service Description
This subscription provides ongoing website management and content updates within an existing Wix website.
The service includes structured CMS updates, content uploads, page edits, promotional changes, Wix website updates, and related implementation tasks as described on the product page.
This service does not include:
Full website builds
Website redesigns
Platform migrations
Custom development or coding
Wix Velo development
Third-party integrations beyond basic embedding or standard setup adjustments
Advanced SEO campaigns
Paid advertising management
Any work outside the described scope may require a separate quotation.
Website Ownership & Access
The client remains the full legal owner of their Wix account, domain, website, billing setup, and connected services at all times.
Access is granted via Wix collaborator roles and permissions unless otherwise agreed. Wix allows site owners to invite collaborators and assign roles based on what each person needs to manage, including website management, blog, store, bookings, events, restaurants, CMS, and other Wix app-related permissions where relevant.
Gaiaa Designs does not require ownership transfer, billing control, unrestricted administrative access, or access to sensitive payment information unless explicitly required for an agreed task and approved in advance.
The client may revoke or adjust access at any time through their Wix account settings.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
All information shared with Gaiaa Designs is treated as confidential and used solely for service delivery.

Access limitations or revoked permissions
Incorrect or outdated information supplied by the client
Platform issues or third-party service delays
Where communication or access delays occur, update timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
Technical Limitations
Gaiaa Designs operates within the functional limits of the Wix platform and the client’s existing website setup.
We are not responsible for platform-level outages, third-party service failures, hosting interruptions, app limitations, Wix infrastructure issues, or restrictions imposed by Wix.
Some updates may depend on the client’s Wix plan, connected apps, permissions, existing template structure, site setup, or third-party tools.
Wix Apps & Third-Party Tools
Where a Wix website uses Wix Blog, Wix Stores, Wix Bookings, Wix Events, Wix Restaurants, Wix CMS, forms, pricing plans, or other Wix apps, updates will be completed within the permissions and functionality available inside the client’s account.
More complex app setup, automation, payment configuration, custom integrations, advanced eCommerce configuration, or third-party system troubleshooting may require a separate quotation.
SEO Disclaimer
This package includes basic on-page SEO housekeeping during content uploads and website updates, such as updating page titles, headings, meta descriptions, internal links, and image alt text where appropriate.

There are no automatic renewals unless explicitly agreed.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel the subscription with written notice before the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds are issued for active billing periods once work has commenced.
The client may remove Gaiaa Designs’ Wix collaborator access at any time through their Wix account settings.
Limitation Of Liability
Gaiaa Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this service.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of traffic, loss of bookings, platform downtime, third-party failures, search ranking changes, or delays caused by missing information or limited access.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to platform outages, internet failures, natural disasters, governmental actions, power outages, service provider failures, or unexpected technical interruptions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
